The purpose of this program is to provide people leaders with the knowledge, skills, and tools to recognise mental health conditions within a workplace context and understand their role and responsibilities concerning mental health conditions.

Through enhanced workplace support and intervention, the program’s long-term purpose is to reduce the occupational impact of mental disorders, normalise the language around mental health and reduce associated team member sickness absence.
