Unconscious Bias Training
Unconscious biases can be understood as social stereotypes about certain groups of people that individuals form outside their own conscious awareness. Everyone holds unconscious beliefs about various social and identity groups, and these biases stem from one’s tendency to organise social worlds by categorising.
We all have our own needs, wants, goals and values. However, we must work together and build relationships to achieve most of goals we have in our lifetimes, such as achieving workplace objectives, marriage, creating a family, and contributing to society.
