A practical evidence-informed facilitator-led workshop that focuses on a way to change the relationship with stress and to respond to difficult moments in life with kindness, care and understanding. This workshop is designed to introduce the concepts of self-care and wellness.

Part 2 – Stress Aware and Self Care
Workshop objectives:
▪ Raise awareness and improve understanding regarding the nature and impact of stress, including the risk of burnout, anxiety, depression and burnout.
▪ Increase knowledge on the negative impacts of poor mental health at an individual level.
▪ Equip individuals to foster a healthy and supportive home and work environment, and
▪ Identify and encourage real life self-care strategies to engage in wellbeing activities to enable wellbeing and good mental health.
