I have recently attended two training courses run by Teresa. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and was able to provide many realistic and practical examples of ways to deal with and overcome issues, as well as provide advice to my own specific current issues. I appreciate her ability to adapt the the course around the attendees’ industries and questions, rather than stick to a specific script. Teresa is a valuable resource and I look forward to attending courses she facilitates and crossing paths with her again in the future.
