Welcome to the eLearning course on Navigating Unconscious Bias for Workplace Diversity.

Unconscious biases are deeply ingrained social stereotypes that individuals develop without conscious awareness. We all hold these biases arising from our natural tendency to categorise social groups.

Throughout this course, we will explore the impact of unconscious biases in the workplace and provide strategies for intervention. By understanding and addressing these biases, we can create a more inclusive and equitable work environment.
